Terms of Service · Effective September 3, 2026

Short-term inboxes should be simple
Your responsibility should be clear

Using ForwardGet means you agree to these terms. Review address lifetimes, content responsibility, fair use, and prohibited activities before using an address for communications that matter.

Know what is allowed—and where we draw the line

The examples below clarify fair use but do not cover every applicable law. If an activity falls into both categories, the stricter limit applies, or contact us before you begin.

Permitted fair use

  • Keep your primary inbox separate for a trial, download, or low-trust signup.
  • Create a separate receiving identity for your own subscriptions, accounts, and ongoing relationships.
  • Review recent delivery records to troubleshoot senders, attachments, or status.
  • Test your own system’s email-sending flow under authorized conditions.

Clearly prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, impersonation, extortion, harassment, phishing, or malware distribution.
  • Bulk registration, bypassing platform bans, abusing promotions, or manipulating votes.
  • Receiving, forwarding, or disclosing someone else’s private communications without consent.
  • Probing, attacking, reverse-engineering, disrupting, or exhausting service infrastructure.

Service boundaries at a glance

1. Agreement to the Terms and Eligibility

When you access or use the service, you confirm that you can agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not create an address, receive email, or enter the management area.

We may provide additional terms for specific features. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific rules apply to that feature.

2. Service Description

The service includes renewable temporary inboxes and a forwarding management area accessed with an email verification code. The management area lets you create receiving identities, pause or delete them, review recent activity, and configure authenticator codes.

We may adjust features for security, capacity, compatibility, or legal reasons. We will explain significant reductions in advance where reasonably possible, but urgent security fixes may take effect immediately.

3. Address Lifetime and Continuity

A temporary address begins its lifetime when shown on the page and may be extended while still active. After expiration, replacement, or deletion, the original address and its content may be unrecoverable, and continued assignment to the same user is not guaranteed.

Forwarding identities suit ongoing relationships but still depend on account status, sender configuration, and receiving-provider availability. Do not treat any address as an irreplaceable identity credential or sole recovery channel.

4. Account and Authentication Responsibilities

You must control the receiving inbox used for verification-code login and protect verification codes, session tokens, authenticator keys, and devices. Actions completed with these credentials are generally considered authorized by you unless you report an issue promptly.

If you discover unauthorized access, suspend the affected identity, secure the receiving inbox, and contact support. Do not request, intercept, or use another person’s verification codes or tokens.

5. Content and Communication Responsibilities

Emails come from third-party senders, and we do not pre-approve their authenticity, legality, or safety. Assess links, attachments, payment requests, and identity claims yourself; an email appearing in your inbox does not make it trustworthy.

You are responsible for the consequences of actively using an address, including sharing it with third parties, downloading content, and forwarding messages again. Notices about unlawful content should include enough information to locate it while avoiding the repeated spread of sensitive material in ordinary email.

6. Fair Use and Capacity

The service is intended for individuals and ordinary-scale business communications—not bulk-account creation, mass mailing, or unlimited storage. We may set reasonable limits on creation frequency, request rates, attachment sizes, alias counts, and concurrent access.

Do not use automation, proxy pools, or multiple accounts to evade limits. Unusual load may be throttled, blocked, or subject to additional verification to protect availability for other users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service to break the law or infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, or for spam, phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, credential theft, or transaction fraud. Do not use an address to bypass a third-party platform’s bans, eligibility rules, or one-time-offer restrictions.

You may not scan undisclosed interfaces, disrupt networks, bypass access controls, sell access tokens, or attempt to read mail or records that do not belong to you. Security research requires prior written authorization and compliance with the agreed scope.

8. Intellectual Property

The website design, brand assets, software, and documentation are owned by ForwardGet or the applicable rights holders. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use them only as needed to use the service under these terms.

Rights in email content remain with the relevant sender or recipient. When you submit feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without disclosing your confidential information.

9. Third-Party Services

Email delivery depends on senders and receiving email providers, while external links are operated by their respective websites. We do not control third-party delays, filtering, policies, or content, and they are not guaranteed merely because they pass through the service.

Purchases, subscriptions, or account relationships between you and third parties are governed by the applicable third-party terms. Independently verify the other party’s identity and policies before submitting sensitive information.

10. Availability and Disclaimers

We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free, error-free operation or delivery of every email. Maintenance, network failures, spam filtering, domain reputation, and events beyond our control may affect the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your statutory consumer rights are not improperly excluded by this section.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by address expiration, email delays, harmful attachments, third-party conduct, or failure to save copies. Any liability that cannot be excluded is determined by applicable law.

If your unlawful or terms-violating use leads to a third-party claim, you are responsible to the extent permitted by law. This section does not require you to compensate us for harm caused by our own willful misconduct.

12. Suspension, Termination, Changes, and Contact

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access and clear related addresses in response to abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or prolonged unavailability. Where circumstances allow, we will provide an explanation or appeal opportunity, but active attacks may be blocked without prior notice.

We may update these terms and change the date shown above; continuing to use the updated service means you accept the new terms. Send questions, legal notices, or appeals to support@forwardget.com with enough information to identify the matter, but without unnecessary disclosure.
